About
A technical partner, not a vendor to manage.
Vargar is run by one developer working directly with a small number of businesses at a time — on purpose, so every project gets attention instead of a rotating cast of account managers.
Most agencies split a project across a salesperson, a project manager, a developer and a support desk — and something gets lost at every handoff. Vargar keeps that chain short: the person who scopes your project is the one who builds it, hosts it, and answers when you call six months later.
That only works at a manageable scale, so Vargar takes on a limited number of clients at once. In exchange, you get a technical partner who actually knows your setup, rather than a ticket number in someone else's queue.
How projects work
Three stages, no surprises in between.
Scope
A plain conversation about what you're trying to solve, followed by a fixed-scope proposal — no vague hourly estimate to worry about.
Build
Regular check-ins as the site or application takes shape, so the first time you see it isn't the day it launches.
Run
Hosting, monitoring and support continue after launch, with a direct line back to the person who built it.
